Robert Duffy, President

Rob’s career in the collections industry began in 1995 with an entry-level position with a collection agency. Since that time, he successfully worked his way up through various positions including collection agent, collection manager, portfolio analyst, vice president of operations, and eventually chief executive officer. In his current role as president, Rob oversees all corporate operations, ensuring that our operational departments have the resources required to serve our clients with the exceptional knowledge and expertise that RentDebt is committed to providing. His in-depth knowledge of collection operations and the techniques that reliably produce more successful outcomes have become paramount to the success of RentDebt.



Angela Pusateri, National Sales Director

Angi got her start in property management in 1992 as a leasing consultant and worked her way up the corporate ladder, gaining knowledge, expertise, and passion for the industry. In 2004, Angi was presented with an opportunity that she couldn’t refuse and made the decision to transition to the supplier side. She joined forces with an experienced group of apartment industry executives to create RentDebt, Inc. (RDI), a collection agency specifically geared to the multifamily industry. It wasn’t long before the success of RebtDebt led to expansion, and Angi became the National Sales Director for the newly-created RentDebt Automated Collections, LLC, where she oversees aspects of sales and operations. Angi has obtain the following designations; National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Supplier, (CAS). Angi is a NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate.


Andy Shultz, Operations Manager

Andy Shultz has collections and call center experience dating to 2003 and brings a proven ability to enrich the standards of collection operations floor goals and model and harness the complementary strengths of all stakeholders to produce an environment of cooperation and success within RentDebt’s client recoveries initiatives. He began his career as a Call Specialist and subsequently achieved promotions to Supervisor and Manager based on his performance and motivational skills. As Operations Manager, Andy is responsible for managing RentDebt recovery team assignments and workloads, scrutinizing daily inventory and prioritizing work based on client strategies, monitoring daily performance against goals, and developing team skills and continuous improvement. Andy joined RentDebt in 2015 and is responsible for all front-line aspects of RentDebt's operational activities.


Laura Cameron, Vice President of Sales

Laura joined RentDebt in June of 2013, bringing with her an extensive history in the multifamily industry that dates back to 2000. Her in-depth knowledge of day-to-day property management operations offers a new level of expertise, problem solving, strong leadership ability, and creative edge within the industry that RentDebt strives to provide, including adapting to evolving client needs, direction and organizational changes and regularly provides feedback to our clients on all aspects of the recovery process to ensure desired recovery results.  Creating and pursuing new business opportunities as well as managing new and existing client relationships, Laura offers insight and guidance to our clients, and is a trusted resource for community management and corporate leaders in their debt recovery efforts.  Prior to joining RentDebt, Laura worked with several industry owners and management companies.


Vince Duffy III, Vice President of Sales

Vince Duffy has the right combination of experience and expertise to ensure that RDAC’s sales team has the right project management and client relationship skills necessary to produce a collaborative edge for our clients. Vince Duffy has experience dating to 1995 working in the debt collection markets. Vince has a proven ability to manage service-level agreement performance standards across multiple departments that support each debt collection contract and is an active participant in ACSI’s ability to meet client service and performance standards. He also provides his debt collection subject-matter knowledge throughout all phases of a client contract.




Jennifer Sutton, Director of Client Services

Jennifer Sutton has experience in Client Services since 2005 and brings an in-depth knowledge of success-fully supporting company growth and operations. As Director of Client Services, Jennifer directs and is responsible for all aspects of RentDebt’s Client Services Team that supports RentDebt’s business partner’s needs.  RentDebt’s model for exceptional client service is founded on building strong relationships with both our client’s and internal departments in order to understand and work the expectations of both parties. Prior to joining RentDebt, Jennifer held various positions as Client Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager and Media buyer supporting many fortune 500 clients.
